Jurilia is the legal assistant of a Spanish law firm: it answers by first searching the BOE articles it has loaded, and it states nothing it cannot find. Every citation is checked before it is shown, and if the search finds nothing, it says so instead of making something up.
The developer portal gives access to that same machinery from outside the application: APIs for companies, legislation, calculators, deadlines and the assistant, with a single prepaid balance that is debited according to real use, with no tiers and no subscription. Most of them are free.

Spanish company registry API (BORME)
Search Spanish companies by tax ID, sheet or name; get status, capital, officers and latest filing as JSON, gazette linked. 1 euro cent per query.

2. Create your account
An independent developer account: you do not need a Jurilia law-firm account. Mandatory two-factor authentication.
3. Create your key and try it
Library, calculators and deadlines are free. Companies and assistant give 100 trial queries the first time.
4. Buy balance when needed
In packages, with no expiry. With no balance the paid APIs do not respond: debt is never created.
Pricing: prepaid balance
Library, calculators and deadlines are free. Companies (BORME) cost 1 euro cent per query; the assistant, the real model cost multiplied by 5, in fast mode only. The first 100 company and assistant queries, between the two, are a trial. All the detail, in Pricing.
Security and trust
- Keys with an optional allow-list of IPs or networks (CIDR).
- A limit of 120 calls per minute per key, with the X-RateLimit-Limit/Remaining/Reset headers on every response.
- Company data is public and official: every profile links the BOE gazette it comes from.
